Background:
Andrew joined the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ in 1983, having first worked in the food industry for 14 years. He has lectured in food processing, economic manufacturing, and oenology. He retired from lecturing in 2011 and acts as a consultant to the food industry. has worked extensively with companies in new product/process development and knowledge transfer.
Andrew is also director of our annual ice cream course
